Both Boxing and Boxing Bag Work classes combine boxing with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for a well-rounded workout. You’ll alternate between boxing drills and exercises like crunches, burpees, and planks. This combination enhances your endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
If You Want to Build Strength…
For upper body strength, Boxing Bag Work is ideal. You’ll practice on weighted aqua bags, allowing you to throw powerful punches. This class focuses on developing strength in your arms, shoulders, and upper back while delivering a satisfying, forceful workout.
If You Want More Cardio…
Choose the standard Boxing class. It focuses on shadow boxing and using focus pads for quick, precise movements that simulate a real fight. This class offers a high-energy workout that prioritizes cardio over strength, leaving you energized and ready to take on the day.

For those who dream of stepping into the ring, Contender Boxing is the ultimate challenge. This 8-10 week seasonal program will train you in all aspects of boxing, including sparring, footwork, speed, and endurance. At the end of the program, you’ll participate in your first-ever boxing match in front of friends and family—an exciting way to put your skills to the test!
